Selection for the Market Place - Improving carcass selection (Blackburn)

THIS FREE farmers group meeting, organised in partnership with EBLEX, is an opportunity to discuss current carcass selection issues.
Venue: The Boat Yard, Bolton Road, Riley Green Nr Blackburn PR5 0SP
When: Tuesday 1st December 7-30pm to 9pm
The meeting will see Clive Brown from EBLEX give a virtual carcass presentation (covering problems arising from poor carcass selection and possible carcass damage from poor handling), combined with a practical butchery demonstration.
Food and refreshments will be provided so booking is essential.
