Nutrient Management and Energy conference - Preston, Lancashire (21st and 22nd July 2010)
THIS two-day event is for farmers and advisors in the North West and covers both nutrient management and energy efficiency.

21st July – covering topics related to nutrient management, including speakers from the Environment Agency, Dairyco, England's Catchment Sensitive Farming Delivery Initiative and others - covering topics relating to policy, nutrient use, investment potential and application methods.
22nd July – covering energy use, including speakers from the industry covering wind and hydro turbine installation and associated issues, anaerobic digestion options on farm, the potential options for woodland management on farm, and biomass options.
For attendees the cost will be £75 per person plus vat and will include lunch, teas and coffees on both days as well as handouts from the conference.
