The Cheshire Dairy Monitor Farm is on track to increase profits in 2011/12. Come and find out how they did it?
Improved areas include:
- Increase in forage and milk production (Phil Asbury, Clive Hall Farm Manager)
- Vet intervention for prevention rather than cure - decreasing health issues (Ed Hayes, Wright and Morten)
- Making the profit plan a reality (Dr Kay Carson, Agricultural Economist)
When: 9th Feb 2012 10.30am registration and refreshments 3pm finish, including lunch.
Where: Clive Hall Farm, Clive Lane, Winsford, Cheshire CW7 3PA
There will be a farm walk, led by Phil Asbury and speakers. During the walk, focus areas will be highlighted, with the opportunity to discuss the changes so far, the benefits seen and the future plans to continue improving profits.
