Agri-Expo - Borderway Mart, Carlisle
ONE of the best one day agricultural/livestock autumn events in the UK, organised by Harrison & Hetherington Limited, has announced that the 2010 show date will take place on Friday 29th October at Borderway, Carlisle.
The growth of the 2009 show was unbelievable as livestock entries topped the 600 mark which included some of the finest cattle and prime lambs to grace the autumn and winter show circuit by exhibitors from all over the UK.
Included in this year’s event will be the specialist calf shows from the British Blue, Aberdeen-Angus and Hereford Cattle Societies, along with the dairy classes and the successful class for the North of England Mule sheep.
The prize fund for this year’s event is estimated to be in the region of £10,000 with new classes being introduced.
