-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Myerscough College in Lancashire, Reaseheath College in Cheshire and Cumbria Farmer Network are working with EFFP, EBLEX and DairyCo to help livestock farmers improve business performance and sustainability by supporting farmer groups and demonstrating good practice through farm demonstration events.
Work includes:
- On farm events to demonstrate best practice and new technologies.
This programme of work is very much farmer-led which is why we are asking farmers to tell us the type of events they want to see and covering topics they think would be beneficial to their business - for example, demonstrations of new technology.
To take part:
All demonstration events will appear in the Events Calendar on the home page of this website and will be bookable on-line. All forthcoming events are clearly listed on this page as "Upcoming Events" and below the calendar on the Homepage.
If you have any suggestions for events you'd like to see covered, or believe you can contribute to, then please contact an adviser in your area. (See contact details down the side of this page)
If you would like to know about future events we have planned in your area, either check the calendar for updates or Register with the Site to receive our newsletter via email. Invitations to events will also be sent by post if you are on the mailing lists of Myerscough College, Reaseheath College or Cumbria Farmer Network.
